1. A saying in England which explains an alternative approach to how to eat your five fruit and veg a day.

2. Taking a cocktail of class A drugs on a one night bender.

3. Going to a gay bar to find orgy partners.

I explained to Ed that his five-a-day could not consist of just grapes, he needed to "Cover the Rainbow" of fruit and vegetables, getting more variety in his diet.

I asked Stu what he did on Saturday, he said he went out to "Cover the Rainbow". He looked tired and his eyes were bloodshot, I'm not sure if he meant hitting up big time or hitting on big boys.

Water Rainbow

Metaphorically meaning "Natural Happiness". Since water is a pure and natural substance and a Rainbow symbolizes happiness than combining the words is just a metaphor for Natural Happiness. So being on a Water Rainbow basically means that you are just Naturally Happy.

David: "Yo, how you always in such a good mood?"
Mark: " Man i just always stay positive by being on the water rainbow"

Henry: "Yo are you high or something, what are you on dude?"
Jordan:" Naw man I stay drug free, im just on that water rainbow

Rainbow Summer

The explosion of gay marriages during the summer of 2015 in reaction to the Supreme Court decision legalizing gay marriages throughout the United States. (Even in Texas!)

I am excited about going to Jenny and Deanna's wedding during Rainbow Summer because we've been waiting for so many years to officially celebrate it.

Coined by Audax Club Bristol members after their president Paul Rainbow referred to the 1200km long distance cycling event Paris-Brest-Paris as flat to ease any pre-event jitters; it wasn't!
