The three questions are from AMCs The Walking Dead, in which Rick or someone from his group would ask someone the following questions.
"How many walkers have you killed?"
"How many people have you killed" followed up by
"Why?"
The exact amount of walkers or people a person has killed to the point they're not trustworthy is unknown, and asking them why they did it determines whether or not they can be a part of his group, or if they get to live.

A question confidently asked by a person that has given the appearance of being knowledgeable in the subject but really is not. Can be just the two of you or can be a group of you talking.
i.e. i was speaking about a construction site with a group of people and a girl nodding along jumped in with "iv always wondered, how do they hang drywall when its raining and not ruin it?... That's a Lemon Question, derived from interviews given by Don Lemon and the numerous times he asks a "Lemon Question".

A Question asked by a person pretending to know far more about a subject then they do.
The question will not make sense and reveals how little they know.
, thus revealing how little they do know.
