Locked Wallet

When someone who isn't broke but is cheap. They must have a locked wallet.

Went to dinner with my cousins. I picked up the check and asked them to leave the tip. One pulled out money, the other sipped his $7 drink. The tip total was about $18. I joked later with the cousin who paid that he must have had a locked wallet.

Sam Locke

Sam Locke is a strange creature from another world that transcended to ours in the 4th century. He has since remained here stalking little kids and swallowing their souls. He is blonde and 5'11 with shoes on and has the face of a demon. He currently stalks a young brown-haired half-bear Alaskan man named Clive Hobbs.

Metro Locking

Metro Lock – also known as Tube locking, is when an individual or select set are placed in no mans land on a Metrolink or on the Tube. They have know where to hold onto during a bumpy, dodgy journey. Frightened and terrified and with the only one outcome, they lock onto the nearest salty passenger close at hand, holding onto dear life before they depart the Metro/tube and carry on with their daily majestic lives. Walking on, they and the poor helpless victim have just encountered Metro Locking!
