His "wealth" allows him to purchase Chipotle for prospective women. A Ned Bud resides in basements and rural areas. If you encounter a Ned Bud, your best bet is to scuff his Uggs and outrun him. However, if he is in the Range Rover blasting Tekashi 6ix9ine, nobody stands a chance.
