When after a year, you're quite over your ex but hear that they're having problems in their relationship, and you immediately tell this to your friend as if your breakup was just last week.

You: "Hey! Her boyfriend has turned out to be a drug and gambling addict someone told me."

Friend: "Dude, I thought you were over her, are you having an Adele Moment?"

Other Friend: "That's cool, anyone can have an Adele Moment without wanting to go back."

A condition in which students are overwhelmed with excessive coursework, often accompanied by inadequate

Example 1: "Waiting over two months just to get our exam results was a total LNU Moment."

Example 2:

student 1: "When do we get the exam results back?"

student2: "I don't now, I heard our teacher went to Africa for hiking"
