Chef pubes

The little sprinkling of garnish such as Alfalfa or oregano that a chef uses to dress up a plate, but really they it just gets in the way and get stuck in your teeth. Much like a stray Pube.

Chef Wankery

Doing showman skits while cooking, examples ranges from deglaze (setting the alcohol in the pan on fire), to chopping at high speed without looking.

Coined by Chef William Murray of Fallow restaurant (London, UK) in one of Fallow’s YouTube short.

To be clear, the act of setting it on fire is purely chef wankery. You can just reduce it, it does the exact same thing.
