1. One who steals pens from friends, family, co-workers, strangers, etc. and leaves little pieces of paper or flags with the Pen Pirate emblem on it.

2. A group of people on facebook that steal pens and leave their mark that post pictures and brag about it.

3. A famous pirate that sails on the boat he calls the Penmanship

The "Pirates" Faction from the 2008 PS2 game Mercenaries 2: World In Flames. They are incredibly stereotyped Jamaican gangsters who are hilarious to wind up, as they come at you, not wit a gun, but with a rocket launcher.
