If you see a Vietnamese says this word, that means they are losing lane with their oppoment, and need for ganking but nothing happened after used ping or chat
Usually, in a League of Legends game (5vs5 mode), when someone start feeding their oppoment, they usually use ping to asking for help from their junglers, but their jungler doesn't mind them or still wanting to farm, then they will starting blame their junglers

He's too strong, I can't fight him alone, I can't even farm safely in the turret, please gank me or I'll feed him again, dit me rung deo bt gank, Fine, I'll AFK, you guys can surrender or losing slowly, (a top laner said that after feeding 0-8-0)

It's funny to see so many definitions for this word here on UD, but as a kid growing up in Massachusetts 50 years ago, gank meant that you messed up a person or yourself.
