Definition.
A form of cinema genres including; short stories, privately filmed and published documentaries as well as published videos photographed by individuals that are available on the internet.
1. Some such videos may be published by budding future movie or documentary makers.
2. Videos put online of “how to” demonstrations of varied types.
3. Personal commentary on a copious number of topics stating an individuals opinion of politics, movies, changes in modern culture as well as many other topics that are posted on the internet for public viewing made by people all over the world.
4. A public platform used by private citizens to vent their worries, helpful hints and opinions on topics and ideas concerning a multiplicity of topics.
