When a drunken man approaches a female as she is trying to exit a bar and proceeds to chase after her while moving his fingers gently in a tickling motion.

Originally thought of as an urban legend, the Saugatuck Tickler was last spotted during a bachelor party in the gay friendly community of Saugatuck Michigan.

"Dont be doing that, your married" said the bachelor as his buddy gave that girl the old Saugatuck Tickler when she was trying to leave the bar.
