A colloquialism for a specific item of media as part of a larger media project that is undesirable to a person visually or audibly so as for them to not wish to casually experience it. Typically used in a musical context to refer to a song of an EP or, more commonly, an LP.
'I'm sorry, but "Don't Blame Me" is the only skip I have on "Reputation"; I just can't get into it!'
