Derogatory. Someone who suffers from Down's Syndrome (trisomy 21). Derived from contraction of a now unused description: "Mongoloid features" referring to the bridgeless nose and epicanthic folds of certain far-eastern races.

Manga Virgin

1. One who thinks he/she knows a lot about manga when they actually know nothing.
2. One who thinks a manga is number one only because it is their favorite and ignores all statistics proving them other wise.
3. One who has read little to no manga and acts as if they know what they're talking about.

Victor is a MANGA VIRGIN, he thinks Naruto is the best manga ever even though One Piece has sold almost 8 times more than Naruto. He should read other series.
