An individual who preaches for (or against) something, and ironically does (if secretly) the very opposite himself/herself, and/or tries to blame the other/s for how they may respond to an incident, when they're the one who started the incident in the first place, in which case, not only would one be a hypocrite, but a coward.

"Why did you tell on me? And why did you confront and threaten me?" "Don't you dare try to blame us, you hypocrite. You're the one who started it."
