Huraffe

A Human, with Giraffe like features, including a long protruding neck. Giving the Huraffe the ability to peer over and above high walls. The Huraffe can go days without speaking, but once it gains enough strength it can speak for hours without end.

I saw this weird Huraffe like creature in line at Toys R US last week.
