Creeper have two definitions

1. It's those annoying nuisance in the Minecraft game that tends to ruin everything by just walking past it. It looks like a green demonic octopus that explodes but doesn't give you ink. However if you get bored of mining in Minecraft you can lure one there and explode it.

2. It's what you call people who read Creepypasta

Boy 1: I'm a Creeper
group *runs away from him saying "we will not get exploded!"*
Boy 1 : I mean I read creepypasta
Girl from behind: oooh who's your favourite?
Boy 1: Slenderman

Girl: I like Sally
Boy 1: Why?
Girl: Cause I am her. So wanna play with me?
Boy 1: Oh... What? (disappears)

Creeper

An AI- controlled green coloured creature in the game Minecraft, which was made by Mojang. When a player gets too close to it (3 blocks away), it hisses and flashes until it explodes. They have a bad reputation for destroying structures made by players or players. This makes them popular throughout the Minecraft fandom.

Jim: Hey Ben, why are you in a bad mood?
Ben: A creeper blew up my Minecraft house! I painstakingly built it for 8 hours!
