Nigga Hoe was originated from an angry mother. Two cousins whom spent a lot of time together, were hanging out one day. After one of the cousins went home the others home, the mother told the girl she acted like a "nigga hoe" after spending time with her cousin. (Mind you both cousins are pure white southern country girls from texas) After laughing off such an adjective it has turned into a noun and is abbreviated. NH is the description of a southern, loud, beautiful, independent, headstrong,determined, and hardworking girl.
