A white person who acts NOT like a black person but a person from the hood. As people call black people niggers as an insult, somehow the human race has figured out another racial insult for white people who are from the hood. There are suburb fake wannabe wiggers, and there are real wiggers. The difference between the 2 is some are from an environment which is predominately black, and some were grown up sweet with there parents handing them everything and started out with a credit score of 1000. Basically if someone calls a white person a wigger its the same as saying nigger and is an insult to the black community.
