Tempestria

Noun. Temp-est'-ree-ah. An extremely sleazy and immoral person, however it usually refers exclusively to females. Temp refers to "temporary", refering to the lack of meaningful and long term relationships, and "estr" a part of "estrogen" and "ria" being a feminine slang. Plural: Tempestria

A casual phrase used when witnessing a person doing something dangerous and stupid.

Citizen is normally repaced with the nationality i.e Temporary American.

"fucking hell that car just sped through a red light"

"oh well, another temporary citizen"

"oh well, another temporary American."

"oh well, another temporary Australian."

etc. etc.
