Noun. Often used to describe a person that one dislikes. Typically reserved for those who are widely considered undesirable, eccentric, soft/weak, or annoying, by the majority of their peers.

Barley: Dude did you hear Joe Biden trying to be cool with Cardi B, calling himself 'Joey B.?'

Puke-O-Meter

Made famous by Richard Tell, the puke-o-meter is used for measuring the ammount of vomit thrown up due to laughter. Not to be cofused with the Feces Thermomitor, used for a similar person.

Man 1: Holy fuck, i just took a shit. LOL
Man 2: That was about a 0 on the Puke-O-Meter.

Domino puke

A person vomits in public. Another person gets disgusted by the sight and himself vomits. Then the next person, and the next, and the next... forming a sort of Domino-like chain reaction.

I saw this hobo soil himself on the tram, causing a huge wave of Domino puke.

Turtle puking, when holding a poop to the point that it is just poking out but than accidentally letting diarrhea spray into your pants. Much like the common thing called turtling but the next step up.
