Either a bald or very hairy white guy who often dates dark-skinned ladies. Not to be confused with the term jungle fever, because that one is built on racism and fetish, while the term polarbear is built on appreciation for all dark women around the globe.

Dude 1: "Dude, there's this new co-worker at my workplace who got hired last friday, and she's super hot! Should I give it a shot and go ask her out?"

The Bears are Looking at the Eclipse

This is a reference to the common "bear-eclipse" phenomena meme, where bears are found looking at eclipses and roaring. It's a non sequitur absurd joke. The original story involves three cubs and a mama bear. The mama bear roars, and then the cubs ask "Why are you roaring, mama?" Mama bear says... "because... because there's AN ECLIPSE!!!!!"

Guy 1: "How does a bear cut its hair?"
Guy 2: "Uhh... idk how?"
Guy 1: "E CLIPS IT!!!"
