They often allow dumb sh*t definitions for words that no one gives a f*ck about and deny entries that actually contain humor. Don't bother finding reason in their ways: They don't understand it either.

Get the Urban Dictionarymug. A popular online slang dictionary where 99.99% of the definitions are written by angsty teens with a bitter and cynical outlook on life, although most come from privileged middle class families and have their own credit cards.
Just go to Urban Dictionary and look up 'puppies' or 'sunshine', and I bet some bitter, angst-ridden teen has written a negative definition about it.

Urban dictionary, the lovely place where besides actually useful definitions, you can find stuff like OTPHJ (over the pants handjob), BBC (big black cock), BBQ (boobless bitch queen), BBL (brazillian butt lift), Superman (when you are mad at a girl for not having sex with you), just to name a few.
