Mexican popular saying used to describe a sexual position, a linguistic funny deformation that comes from the word "empinado" (bended person) and "pinolillo" (Insect mite very small and red, whose bite is very irritating and annoying) with the objective of being less grotesque in the meaning (this is questionable)but at the same time funny.
