This is the action of trying to make it rain at a strip club but without proper funds. Usually done with coins instead of bills. The process of dropping thousands of coins onto a strippers head/stage at a nightclub. Also could be done with a bag of coins across the face.

Get the Park Jiminmug. Kingsford Park is a playground in Oswego Ny USA. It is generally used by a school very nearby Kingsford Park Elementary. Children play here and some of them go to the school. The playground has an icerink right next to it that the school uses in the winter.
The kids want to go to the Kingsford park.
