Truman Show moment

An event which seems unbelievably contrived - so much so that when it happens to you, you begin to suspect that you are not a real person, but a character in a celestial sitcom.

(from a Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour episode, ca. 1956) You are in Las Vegas and you and the Mertzes want to go on a uranium hunting expedition in the desert, and children are not allowed. You then discover that a couple you know from New York is staying in the same hotel with their child. Little Ricky then goes to Hoover Dam with the other couple and their child, freeing you to hunt for uranium. The "Truman Show moment" occurs when you discover that the other couple is at your hotel.

Satomi moment

The satomi moment is a "way of life" more than it is a moment or action. It can be defined as being the unluckiest person and making the worst possible decisions in every moment of their life. Usually everything related with loving hentai, big tits, having way too high women standards, lolicon, underaged girls, getting rejected, ghosted, etc, are considered satomi moments

Example 1:
Man 1 - "That guy just got rejected by a girl, its his 11th in a row"
Man 2- "Yeah, Satomi moment"
Example 2:
Man 1 - "Holy shit look at that cute girl"
Man 2 - "She's 12 dude, that's a satomi moment"

Example 3:
Man 1 - "I love to play Aatrox and like to watch hashinshin"
Man 2 - "Well he's a child molester and predator so that makes sense, satomi moment"

Example 4:
Man 1 - "My jungler never ganks me when I play Aatrox, this is unplayable"
Man 2 - "You died 5 times in the first 4 minutes, top diff, satomi moment"

Example 4:
Man 1 - "If you smite my cannon I go AFK"
Man 2 - *Smites cannon* "I need the gold xdd"
Man 1 - *Alt f4*
Man 3 - "Satomi moment "

rhubarb and tonic moment

"Rhubarb and tonic" is what the crowd says on tv during a din in the courtroom when the defendant is proclaimed guilty or innocent because it provides the best sound mix.

Judge: I find the defendant guilty.
Crowd: (general din)

Judge: Order! What are they all saying?
Dick Wolf: Your honor, I believe they are saying "rhubarb and tonic"
Director: Yes, that's what we told them to say. This is what is called a "rhubarb and tonic moment".
