Used only when a person blanks out at a particular activity. Usually used in GGDKL, Daniel is known for being absolute ass at everything.

a adjective popular in Atlantic Beach and Greenville that is used to described someone who is mentally lacking from using xans or other causes, the term is a more friendly and less offensive way of saying “retarded”
