Life Moment

A important moment in time that defines an era in an individual's life. They are not often perceived while taking place, but easily recognized in retrospect, and sometimes only moments after they occur.

A few of my life moments include: the first time I rode a school bus by myself, getting my driver's license and my first date with Stacey Leiker.

The sudden stunned silence that falls on a room after a person says something stupid, unfunny or offensive. Refers to the tumbleweed featured in cowboy movies.

"...until Mrs Bush leant across to ask Condoleeza whether black men really did have bigger ones. The President broke the tumbleweed moment by declaring war on France."

A really moment is when one person sees something so stupid, random, or out of the ordinary and has the urge to say "Really?" as if it didn't just happen

*Man 1 sees a man walk by in a big over coat dressed in all black in the middle of summer looking like vampire*

Man 1 : Really?

Man 2 : Really moment of the day!

When someone exhibits compulsive, obsessive behavior who otherwise doesn't behave in such a manner. Derived from the "Monk" television show.

Amy had a Monk moment when she arranged the cans in her kitchen cabinet from largest to smallest.

henry moment

When someone promises to be somewhere at a certain time, but shows up (if they show up at all) 3 hours later because they were either taking a nap, shit, smoking marijuana, laying on the bed or just in general lazy.

"I'll meet you at 8 pm"
*shows up at 11.30 pm*
"Guys sorry, I had to take a little nap, I was dying for Pete's sake! This is such a Henry Moment"
