A term used in either baseball and or softball when the ball is hit as a grounder. Also to mean it bounced on the ground.

example 1: The ball was a badip da dip when Billy hit the ball.

example 2: Did he really just hit a badip da dip? Shit, I bet all my cash on him, too!
