Named after the “fire in the Bronx” meme of 2 newscasters doing just that. A common experience to encounter doing a school presentation while also being very nervous.
Person 1 (doing a presentation): Christopher Columbus accidentally found the Americas while trying to circumnavigate the globe to get to India. Instead he landed in the Americas, rather than his intended destination of India.
