A gay man who picks up homeless young men for sex. The homeless young men are usually rentboys who charge very low rent. The term flea dipper refers to the fact that such rentboys must be taken home and scrubbed in the bathtub prior to sex.

They may have pointless stickers on their car on the subject. Some even devote arts and crafts time to making posters depicting abortion. Many don't have children of their own. In extreme cases they murder doctors, or downtrodden women.
