intuitive eating

Invented by Steven Hawks, a professor at BYU in Utah. The idea is that you can eat whatever you want, but only when you are actually hungry. This idea in theory keeps you from desiring or craving foods a diet wouldn't allow you to have. Professor Hawks apparently lost 50 pounds by following this philosophy, along with exercise, and is advocating it as a healtier lifestyle than just counting calories and dieting all the time.

This phrase can be used in sync as a reply in the form of a funny joke or insult.

1. Bob: "Bro your dog is so cute"

Billy: "EAT IT YEAH"

2. Bob: "bro what do I do with my hair"

Billy: "eat it yeah"

The practice of people secretly eating in their cars. Normally observed parked up before going home ( for tea ), or when assumed to be shopping.

Eat the shoe

When you eat the shoe you have done something cool, something unexpected, or you were just being a stand up guy. If someone is starting to vibe with you or they did something they didn’t want to with a good attitude, they ate the shoe.

ex. My friend stayed at school to help me with the test, he ate the shoe.

Another way to say push’in p but can utilized with more variety describing where the shoes is.

ex. She finally said something to me after 2 weeks of working together, she’s starting to eat the shoe.

ex. He didn’t eat the shoe because he lied behind my back

ex. I wasn’t able to master that skating trick today, I couldn’t swallow the shoe, I give up.
ex. Bro is going try hard mode on that game, he’s just chewing on that shoe.

To perform a questionable action that seems trivial, but ultimately causes a cascade of ever more significant and catastrophic events.

Who would have thought that a bowl of bushmeat stew in Wuhan would end with global economic collapse. Someone really "eat the bat" this time!
