A word used to prank people in british culture. In Belgium (importantly not to a specific language) it means "molester" but in Britain they will fool you into thinking it is the polite way to excuse yourself.

A: You were very rude to those guys. You should've said that you're cabunkulus.

B: What? I've never heard that word before, but I guess I'm cabunkulus.
