Moulin means Windmill in French. Rouge is the color red. Moulin rouge means red windmill. The Moulin Rouge in France was a cabaret that really existed until it got burned down.

I visited the moulin rouge on my stay cation in France last December.

It's the high risk game you play every time you read the comments on an online article/post/video etc. Sometimes they are clever and funny and at best, better than the article itself. Frequently though they make you concerned for the future of humanity and/or angry enough to want to find the commenter and slap them.

joker round

A term used by sport tipping websites where the tipper elects a round of his/her choice to have their total points doubled for that particular round. For example, in a round of AFL there are 9 games. If a player elects a particular round to be used as their joker round and they get 5 games correct, their score will be doubled to 10.

Boxy: I can't believe I am already 5 points off the pace after round 1. I really thought that Essendon would get up over the Suns. Luckily I still have 3 joker rounds to play to stage a comeback.
