Stockholm Promise

I think I coined a new term... you know when someone agrees to something but the ducks, dives and avoids messages or conversations about it? It is particularly common here in Stockholm, Sweden among the musicians and just people in general. I call it this the "Stockholm Promise".

Yeah he did the old Stockholm Promise by saying "we should grab a beer/coffee/whatever next week" and then disappears for next X months

If someone "breaks the promise" that means that the one you loved and you thought you would be together forever didnt end up happining
