lifting the sierra 

Partying to the fullest. Usually after several drinks. To continue drinking or start drinking! To get real drunk but not to the point that you pass out. To drink; many number of alcoholic beverages and can also be in a short period of time. Feeling really good after having shots of alcohol.

A digital photo capturing a snapshot into the lifestyle or mind of a male or female bodybuilder, fitness model or weight lifter and then posted onto a social media site such as Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. A liftagram can be a selfie showing off one's jacked or ripped physique, food porn, a meme, a physique of someone the poster is mirin or else show off feats of beastly strength or flexibility. Liftagrams are intended to document progress, motivate others and generally used to receive attention, admiration and respect from others and promote one's standing in the fitness community.

Dude, did you see the liftagrams that (insert celebrity bodybuilder's name) posted today? He's such a beast. I'd love to be swole like that some day!
