The combination of words “cheek” and “wiggle” referring to the way ass cheeks wiggle or bounce.

An annoying person who is especially more annoying because they’re ugly.

Person 1: "Those ugly people just sat next to me at the library and started eating."
Person 2: "What a bunch of cugglers."
Cuggler 1: *makes a joke that would've been funny if they weren't ugly*
Person 3: "Pipe down, cuggler!"
