Frequently seen drifting in and out of lanes without signal or checking mirrors/blindspots, going extremely slow, not using headlights and/or wipers in the rain, driving extremely slow during the slightest of drizzles, generally just freaking the fuck out when driving in the rain.
Also known for driving with a cell phone to their ears, despite the face their state is one of the first to pass laws prohibiting them from doing so.

Bakersfield, CA (B-Town) at the southern end of the San Joaquin Valley where oil refineries pollute the air, and there are more cows than people. The dry dessert air constantly filled with dust and pesticides from the massive amount of agriculture.
While Los Angeles's air is polluted so badly there is acid rain on occasion at least there is a cool ocean breeze unlike in the armpit of California just north of the grape vine.

A small town in the east bay where a lot of wealthy white folks live. Kids get very good education and most go to college. Teenagers love to party and smoke a lot of weed while their parents work great jobs and cover for their kid's partying. Its a very fun town to live in!
