The "sesh god" is a particular individual, usually in university or just moved out but still living on daddy's money, who goes out on the seshmost nights of the week or every night if you are a sesh lord and party's their arse off like the sun isn't going to come up.

Sesh

Updated version of dome. Usually armenians use this word if they are in class and they want to share a dome and pass it around in a tissue yelling "SESH." We had to update this word because more freshman figured out what Dome means so we had to change it.
