to quit a job, anywhere from the first week to the first three months, after an organization has invested significant resources and time in training. the act of quitting the job is usually accompanied by lack of defined reasons for quitting or potentially a disregard/disrespect for an employer and colleagues. Quitting may also entail irreparable harm to client and vendor relationships, which will require colleagues left at the organization to pick up the pieces or finish projects, often with little to no recognition from management.

Gaston: "Man, Yvette just told me she's quitting next week."

Bruce: "WHAT?! SHE JUST STARTED LAST MONTH! DID SHE SAY WHY?"

Gaston: "no reason, just wasn't working out. we've been todorized!"

Gaston: "Who's quitting for no good reason?"

Geoffrey: "Bruce. He said it wasn't working out. Looks like you're going to have to pick up some of his clients"
