Powdered donuts are called rookie donuts by the police. Vetran officers know better not to eat them precise the powder gets all over their dark blue uniform.

I went to the donut shop with my new partner. He got a powdered donut and fucked up his uniform. We all laughed at him for eating a rookie donut. Typical rookie move.
