My Chemical Romance are officially the worse "violent" pop band. The officialized it when they made their third album The Black Parade.
And how they say "MCR saves lives" is selfish of them to say that because music saves lives. Its not just them that has.
The Early MCR: A band from Newark looking to just save lives. Their lyrics had meaning in them.
The Present MCR: They just slapped on some lyrics and some catchy riffs. It is just about the money now for them.
This was not written by a hater that has never listened to them but someone who was a fan of their music.

i used 2 love mcr...their first 2 albums r the coolest!! however...i was kinda disappointed with 'The Black Parade'. i mean, c'mon let's all just jump on the band wagon of concept albums!! they used 2 have an individual sound and individual ideas...but now.....grr. and the fact that gerard way cut off his hair and dyed it blonde!!! *tear tear* i personally believe that mcr r crappy sellouts! but thats just my opnion. i hope that if they do release another album, that they go back 2 their original sound.
"I brought you my bullets, you brought me your love" and "Three cheers for sweet revenge" are mcr's first 2 albums and they r WAY better than "The black parade" all concept albums have turned out 2 be crappy!! A slightly punk rock emo band. They are yes actually very emo. If you say they aren't then you are a serouis retard. They are punk not that much though, mostly just there backround music. Probaly the first emo band to get popular. If you dont like them then I suggest you listen to there old music its better.

Someone who only owns "The Black Parade" but thinks there a "mega ultra ubber fan". Sadly they outweigh the real fans and give them a bad name. Because of wannabe emo 13 year old's MCR has become known as a "typical whinny emo band", when the in fact have decent music, meaningful lyrics, and are completly against suicide.
