She is unreliable when she’s shopping (mostly Black Friday shopping) and will make up excuses to get the manager in her presence, she is mean, rude, and most importantly NOT smart, she is a Facebook mom and lets their kids listen to kids bop, she is especially excellent in getting the manager to speak to her and her kids hate her.
