A pun on the patients that have methamphetatmine/cocaine/alcohol induced cardiomyopathy (congestive heart failure). This is the most frequent causes of heart failure in young patients in America.

I have this wack 35 year old male with partyomyopathy here in the ED who left AMA last week for hypoxia and cocaine chest pain.
