Get the premature exodusmug. The "California Exodus" describes this phenomenon where people have moved out of the state of California because of various factors, which include:
a. high cost of living
b. the threat of natural disasters, such as earthquakes, wildfires, and maybe even the Yellowstone volcano in the future
c. COVID restrictions
d. rising crime rates and homelessness
Common destinations for Californian "refugees" include Texas, Florida, Virginia, Colorado, Idaho, and Washington (Washington state, not Washington DC). But a lot of locals living in those states don't like the Californians because they think the Californians will end up bringing their own problems from California to their new homes and ruin their new communities, etc.

Get the Outreach Exodusmug. The use of powder on the face to help spur the company Exodus through the rocky waters and turmoil. Usually through self indulgent back patting, name dropping, chit chatting, and general politicing all day long. Doing work...come on, that isn't what the powder is about.
Greta spent 2 hours talking to people about how she spoke with a VP earlier in the day, followed by a 2 hour lunch, and wrapped up the day with 2 hours of Yahoo chatting and obnoxious back patting for having worked so late the prior night (probably cause she spent the whole 8 hours during the day not doing actual work)
