An apartment dweller typically knows the sex habits of the dweller above and the favorite music of the dweller next door, but would not recognize the face or name of either.
Apartment construction materials include: cream colored linoleum, cream colored latex paint, cream colored carpet (extensively spotted), cream colored pre-formed shower, cream colored counters and dark brown hollow-core doors.

I just leased a new apartment. It's a nice unit; I don't have to wait long for the community clothes washer and it only costs 75 cents a load.

Apartment Crawl

It is a party at multiple apartments. Let's say the apartment crawl consists of a total of four apartments. You start at the first apartment on the list, stay until all of the alcohol is gone, and then you move on to the second apartment. You continue this until you have either had enough or have made it through all of the apartments!

Mostly in college towns.

The parties are usually themed. For instance, the apartment crawl can have the theme of "Around the World" and each apartment can have it's own theme. One can be decorated like Paris, another like America, another like Japan, and so on.

Apartment Trash

The big-city equivalent of trailer trash. Also a person who feels that they are better than someone from a rural area because of the stereotype that people from the country aren't as smart as people from the city. A person who wouldn't know how to survive if left out in the middle of nowhere.

My cousin is now apartment trash, since she moved out of the country and into a flat in downtown Seattle.
