Tallahassee Tourniquet

The act of wrapping one's own (or more commonly a partner's) belt, shoelace, necktie, or any improvised strap extremely tightly around the base of the erect penis and/or scrotum immediately before climax, then proceeding to ejaculate while the constriction is maintained at maximum tightness.
