Likes to cavort around the Mojave Desert semi-nude. Failed an attempt to assassinate President David Palmer by poisoning him. CUrrently somewhere in LA (though she might come back for the season 4 finale of 24).

A young psychotic boy who gets off on killing others, especially young women. Proficient with a sniper rifle, especially his own heavily-customized bolt-action M40A3 sniper rifle, dubbed "Faint of Hearts" by frightened citizens. Usually loves to insult and batter the victim before killing, usually by eviceration and torture. His name is usually used to promote fear or unexplained situations.
