A phrase meaning uncool, retarded,or lame. Created when choco chip ice cream had hardly any chips in it. Used when something is annoying you or someone is getting on your case.

A saying derived from poor decision making. I.e choosing to eat the chips on a meal first and thus being too full to eat the main and most delicious part of the meal.

Pass the chips

The patato chip is the art of one best friend walking in on another best friend while he is on his honey moon having sex. THe friend that walked in commences to ask if the friend that is having sex can "pass the chips".
