A "she's so pretty" or SSP (pronounced "ssip") describes a woman or feminine identifying person who is indescribably beautiful.
When stated by a heterosexual woman, it is used to describe another woman she is aspiring to look like, or one whom she admires a specific feature of. When stated by everyone else, it is used to respectfully describe someone they find sexually attractive.
