a retarded school bus driver that works for the westada school district and feels the need to stop in the middle of the road and make sure every butt cheek is on the seat that he makes u sit 3 or 4 in a row in. also know as the living definition of Satan when he makes us sit there for 25 minutes waiting for him to be "pleased" with our seating arrangements.
