Sunday-Monday Jet Lag

When you stay up till 2 am and wake up at noon during the weekend and on sunday night you can't fall asleep till 2 because you're used to going to bed at 2 and then you wake up for school on monday with 6 hours of sleep and you're tired as shit.

Man: dude, I'm so effin' tired! I hate mondays!
Dude: Man, you got some Sunday-Monday Jet Lag

September jet lag

The tiredness you get for about a week after starting school again because your body clock is still running in the 'summer holiday' time zone. Typically caused by sleeping at 3am everyday for two months and waking up the next afternoon.

Awake Student: Could you lift your snoring head off my shoulder? You're drooling on me here.
Sleepy Student: *yaaaawwwwnnn* Sorry, I've got September jet lag real bad, I practically sleep-walked here in the first place.

Digital Jet-Lag

When communicating with someone digitally in a distant time zone by phone, text, video chat or Skype, digital jet-lag is the feeling of being tired or fatigued from said communication and its disruption of your normal schedule and routine.

Joey: Why are you so tired? It's only 5pm where you live.
Damon: I have digital jet-lag from staying up until 3:30am video-chatting with you.

Study Jet lag

A messed up sleep pattern due to late night studying. Especially among University studentswho study during the night and then get up early for lectures or exams just to fall asleep during the day when they get home. Adjusting after several weeks of late night studying back to a normal sleeping schedule is usually difficult and the student experiences a jet lag even though they haven't been traveling through time zones.
